The great American inventor and businessman Thomas Elva Edison was born on 11 February 1847. His name is 1,093 patents. Which reflects their hard work. Today the world considers their inventions iron. The great scientist who went through poverty in childhood never lost courage. - He had to work hard in inventing the electric bulb. Edison failed to make bulbs more than 10,000 times. To which he said, 'I have never failed, but I took out 10,000 such paths which could not work for me'.

- Edison had built his first laboratory at just 10 years of age. His mother gave him a book in which many chemical experiments were given. Edison liked this book and spent all his money on chemicals and did all these experiments.

- Thomas Edison needed money to continue his experiments in childhood. He used to sell newspapers and vegetables in the train to earn money.

- When any of his experiments were to be completed, he would continue for 4-4 consecutive days till the end of this experiment without sleeping. Also, while working, we often forgot to eat our food.

- From 1879 to 1900, Edison had done all his major discoveries and he had become a scientist as well as a wealthy businessman.

- For the first time, it cost 40 thousand dollars to make bulbs.

- He developed a carbon thread filament with high resistance, which could last up to 40 hours.

- To see 40 electric light bulbs burning, 3 thousand people gathered. After that, after opening the Pearl Street Power Station in New York City, electricity was started to be delivered to the customers.

- Thomas Edison rescued a 3-year-old child from under the train at the age of 14. The father of that child thanked Edison. Also taught Edison how to run a telegram machine. Later, Edison also got a job at a station about running telegrams somewhere. He got his job done at night, so that he could get more time for experiments.

- Thomas Edison died on 18 October 1931.

After it almost doubled to 68 lac crore by september 2018. At the same time in august 2020, it crossed the 125.80 lac crore mark. 

First name was not Amazon

Jeff was not the first to think of the company's name as Amazon. He was so attracted by the name of ''Aabra Ka Dabra''  that he wanted to name the company as '' Kadabra'' his lawyer however, refused to do so. after this he liked to name ''Relentless'' but it did not work, then he named it Amazon.
